Juan Poch

Graduate in law by the Central University of Barcelona in 1983, with “Cum Laude” distinction in Criminal Law. He studied for three years in the Judicial School of Madrid to join later to thelaw firm Diaz-Arias of Madrid, where he developed for two years, activities in the Civil, Criminal, Administrative and Commercial Law Sections.

 For 25 years he has been practicing law as an independent lawyer and he is member of the Free Legal Assistance Program of the spanish Court. He has the First Certificate in english language due to what he is able to speak in a fluent english. He speaks french as well. He has participated in Insurance Law and in Domestic Violence and Minors law courses.
